I just received the Queen of Sweden roses (bought 3 to plant as a grouping). I am exceptionally pleased with the mature and established root systems on the plants as well as their health. I only planted them a few days ago and they are already filling out. The plants were extremely well packed and arrived with the soil still moist. They were few thorns on the stem. This is going to be a beautiful rose for the front of the border. Highly recommend the Queen of Sweden rose and Cattail-creek.
Queen of Sweden - David Austin English RosesAdd to Wishlist
The flowers of Queen of Sweden are of exceptional freshness and beauty at every stage. Starting as charming little buds, they gradually open out to form wide but shallow cups. The color is the softest, glowing apricot-pink, later becoming pure, soft pink. The growth forms an upright and bushy shrub, short to medium in height, with the attractive foliage of a musk rose that is exceptionally free of disease and possessing few thorns. The fragrance is a light to medium myrrh. This is an excellent rose for beds and borders, or for fresh-flower arrangements in the home. The blooms last for several days in water.
